Are the clothes suitable for outdoor activities like skiing? Are the clothes warm?The clothes are suitable for all outdoor activities such as skiing, show shoeing, and husky sledding. Our clothing is suitable for very cold weather with a proper layering of clothes. Learn how to gear up in the cold here.

Broken or lost item?Here is our Compensation Price List in case something breaks, gets notably stained or gets lost: Washing fee for notably stained or dirty clothing: 15€ per piece of clothing. Repairing fee for broken clothing: 50€ Price per lost or unrepairable item: Jacket: 140€ Trousers: 90€ Shoes: 80€ Mittens: 30€ Bags: 5€

Can I rent items separately? Are there any discounts?We do not offer separate pricing for the clothes. Winterent unisex set includes a warm winter jacket and winter pants, snow mittens, snow boots and a warm buff. The prices are also the same for adults and children of all ages.

Can I change the clothing during my rental period?You can change clothing for free at our store only in the case that the sizes do not fit properly. To change for other reasons like breakage or dirt, additional charges will apply.

Cancellation policy for booking?You can cancel the booking and get 100% refund up to 48 hours before the rental starting time. If a booking is cancelled less than 48 hours before the rental starting time, there is no refund. Link to our Terms & Conditions, press here.

Can I wash the clothing?No, never wash the clothing. We are happy to take care of all clothing maintenance.

Can I keep the bag?Unfortunately no. Please return all items, including the bag. Lost bag costs 5 € per bag.

Can we leave the clothes at the accommodation on the last day? Does it cost extra?Yes, but only if you have ordered the pickup service for the day you leave. Extra cost is 13€/set per day.

Do I always have to book online, or is it possible to go and get clothes at the store?You can get clothing without booking in advance as a walk-in customer. However, we highly recommend you to book online to ensure availability of clothes.

How long is the rental period?The rental period starts at the time you have chosen in the booking. The price is always for a 24 hour period, for example for 1-day rental with the pick up time on Monday 12.00, the return time would be on Tuesday by 12.00. Late return costs an additional charge of 13 € each day per set.

Is it possible to rent clothes from one store and return to another?Yes. If you wish to return to another store, please mention this in the comment box on your booking.

Is it possible to get the clothes delivered to our accommodation?Yes. Delivery and pickup service to your accommodation within a 20 km radius from our stores costs is 40 € one way. For longer deliveries and pickups (over 20 km distance) please contact us.

What if I don’t know the sizes, or the size I get doesn’t fit?When making a booking, we ask you to inform us your height (cm), weight (kg) and shoe size (EUR). With this information we choose the right size for you. If the clothing doesn’t fit properly, you can always switch sizes at the store. The boots are designed so that with your own size, you can fit warm socks inside.

When can I pick up and when do I need to return the clothes?You can pick the clothing whenever after your booking has started, but it does not affect the booking price. You can return the clothing whenever before the booking period has ended, but it does not affect the price.
